The upgraded feeding device adopts relatively sealed space, and is matched with chain to effectively adjust the counterweight batching bin door opening and closing mechanism. It can also ensure that friction materials are used in the electric control chain lifting room, thus ensuring the stable operation of machine from both structure and materials.Adopts the high-sensitivity air pressure sensor. When the air pressure during the operation is lower than the lower limit, the machine will be paused and the alarm will be given, ensuring the stable and reliable operation from the monitoring level.

Equipped with two independent material receiving bins (Bin A and Bin B), the two independent mixing bins can freely switch between dual-bin/single-bin modes, which improves the flexibility of batching.

The weighing platform adopts 3+3 distribution, corresponding to the feeding of Bin A and Bin B respectively. This layout helps to accurately control the batching amount of different bins.

The feeding structure is the upgraded spiral structure with spiral pushing, which has the characteristics of precise feeding, not easy to block, simple and durable, ensuring the smoothness and accuracy of batching process.
