  • Product Introduction:

    This bending machine is used for processing brake shoe panels. During the production process, the brake shoe panels are cold-worked through rolling to form the required arc shape.

  • Advantages:
    This machine adopts the steel roller for upper roll and steel roller for lower roll. The plate is placed between the two rolls, and the distance between them is adjusted to make it contact – pressurize – deform. The plate then undergoes local deformation, driving the two rolls to rotate, so that the plate is continuously bent and rolled into shape.This machine can achieve one-time forming, with high production efficiency, high geometric accuracy of products, good surface quality, simple structure with the minimum number of rolls, and easy operation etc.
