    These series hydraulic pressing machines are used to hot press forming for various C.V. and P.C. brake linings.

  • Advantages:
    This product is a special hydraulic press designed for production of C.V. brake linings. The main machine adopts three-beam and four-column structure, the hydraulic system is composed of two-way cartridge valves, and the electronic control system adopts PLC and color touch screen. The electro-hydraulic cooperation can complete three process modes: constant pressure, constant stroke, and timing.The working pressure and stroke range can be adjusted within the set range. It is equipped with mold temperature control system. It adopts centralized button control and has two operation modes: manual and automatic. The electrical cabinet is in a sealed cabinet form, with the touch screen placed inside to prevent dust from entering, allowing real-time viewing of machine’s working status at any time.
