The independent hydraulic cylinders of both heads perform automatic riveting following the rotation angle. The riveting quality is controlled by hydraulic pressure, which is regulated by high-precision sensor. When the set pressure value is reached, it automatically cycles to the next riveting action. The pressure of each riveting hole is automatically and intuitively displayed, and the data can be stored. It adopts advanced infrared sensors to control the rivet conveying action, ensuring stable and reliable riveting quality.It is suitable for C.V. brake shoes with 2-4 rows of hole spacing available in the current market, reducing labor and workers’ labor intensity. It is the best equipment in the brake shoe industry for stabilizing quality and reducing labor costs.
